4. On defense and special teams, , he ignores these facets, assuming his offense 'genius' will score enough to win

6. The quality of assistants is minimal.
7. His NFL job quest after the 2012 season was criminal.
8, Though he does recruit quality players, his lack of development is obvious. In case of quarterbacks, their skills regress.
In regards to bashing of Kizer. as he has minimal credibility. his comments more than likely ignored by NFL coaches and managers.
It appears the recent round of assistant hires was undoubtedly forced upon him by Swarbrick. Hopefully, he will interpret this as an insult and leave after this season.
