One of the biggest question marks heading into the season hinges on the leadership/performance of first year quarterback, Brandon Wimbush. Obviously Kelly puts way too much pressure on his QB's given his run/pass ratio over the years, but I would question this trend in years that he is breaking in a new QB. He seemed to have a nice balance in 2012 with a freshman QB. Kelly's winning percentage during years that he is breaking in new QB's seemed to indicate that '17 may not be as gloomy as some are predicting. Hopefully this will force him to rely on his road graders and talented plethora of running backs this year.
