It's pretty sad when the opposing team feels like they are playing a home game. There are a lot of reasons ND lost this game and this is one of them. The 12th man can make a difference. I don't give a damn what anyone says.
Not rotating backs is another reason ND lost the game. As many have mentioned, where the hell was Dexter Williams? I've got nothing against Adams. It was going to a bitch running against Georgia any way you sliced it up. But it is asking too much to keep some fresh legs in the game and giving Georgia a different look? Dexter might have been stuffed at the line of scrimmage all night long but give him a chance to perform for crying out loud.
Wimbush couldn't gain any yards on the ground so why the hell keep calling designed run plays for him? It is insane to try the same thing over and over without any success. Overall, the play calling was absolute shit.
There are a bunch of other reasons ND lost in my opinion but the bottom line is that the great coach from Grand Valley failed once again. The smug SOB is not capable of getting the job done.
On a positive note, Elko and the D played great (excluding a couple of bad penalties)
