Not really sure what you are trying to say here. Do "big market" teams in baseball have fewer "posers with too much money?" Is that why, in your view, they are doing so well?
On the bigger picture: If you look at the Forbes info, every single MLB team increased it's profitability in '17. Even lowly Cincy. Will Cincinnati ever get to the WS? I don't know. But Kansas City -- the smallest MLB market -- did it twice in the last four years, winning once. And Cleveland made it in '16. If those teams can, why not the Reds? Again . . . not sure what you are trying say.
