He's got one year to learn how to be a WR. It is unlikely for him to get significant playing time at a new position at a new school to really learn the position. You're dreaming if you think he is going to get any playing time as WR at ND. We are pretty much loaded at the position next year. About the only possible position he might be able to master in a short time is H-Back but he would need to learn how to block also.
Josh Adams is far better at his position and he is a marginal NFL player. Wimbush, unfortunately, isn't even that.
