And that's totally appropriate. But he's actually a very smart guy.

Both Dean Smith and Coach K once had people screaming for them to be fired. Same with Chuck Noll. Bill Belchick was fired from the Browns. Imagine if they gave him 5 years to figure things out. Same with Frank Beamer after 6 years and only 2 winning seasons.
Sometimes it takes a guy a while to figure things out. If Helton doesn't rebound next year, then Swann can move on. But I wish there was more dedication to a coach for 6+yrs in CFB than there is.
