Our running game has been stoned by a number of teams, e.g. Pitt. This would certainly figure to be the same against Clemson. The logical answer is to pass to set up the run. Northwestern stopped our running game in the first half; however, we adjusted by going to an uptempo passing game in the third quarter and turned the game around. Of course, we can't give up on the running game. Clemson might stuff Dexter ten straight times, but he might pop a 50 yarder on the eleventh try. The key is to be balanced, even if that means relying more on the passing game.
