Thoughts on starting with Book, Dex and Wimbush in the backfield?

Maybe not start, but use the package on several plays

You don’t beat Clemson with gimmicks, and Wimbush is not a RB nor a receiver.

Not sure if I am a fan of the idea but not closed to it either. Clemson does run a lot of gimmick

Are you nuts? Go ahead and put Wimbush in the backfield (bad

Maybe for a few plays, but I would have Wimbush in for a 40+ yrd Hail Mary

Book can throw it 60+ and fairly high. I think you are thinking of USC when he was rolling left and

Have you thought about becoming a play call consultant to head coaches?

No I would rather just sit back and bitch when my advice is not taken

The last time I coached was my daughter’s 8th grade soccer team. We were 0-9. Enough said.

Funny random story re: soccer coach

Great Story, give you another not as successful but funny

And the reason we both did that stuff

I would lean against this.

Highly doubt that happens

Understand it’s not an either or, put both in the backfield and take advantage of their skills

"Gimmicks" as you call them, are more strategic in key games and even used in the pros
-
THEISMANCARR
- 12:34pm 12/14/18
Ok, how many times did Bill have Tom Brady and their QB2 on the field at the same time?
-
NDNEIL

ND should put Book, Wimbush, Avery Davis, and Jurkovec on the field at the same time.

It's not a gimmick. It's the future of Football Offenses

It's the future of football, a high school team is running it.

Why is it a gimmick? Most wanted Wimbush in the backfield in the red zone. Create confusion.

Of all the billions of football plays that have been run in its history

New Orleans does it a lot and they have one of the best QBs in football.

You’re losing this argument. Both Dex and Wimbush can run. Wimbush can also throw. Get a clue. .

I'm waiting for the % of times two QBs are on the field among football plays

I see you believe ND matches up well. So no need for adjustments. Are you an accountant?

Wimbush can throw? This isn't High School.
