They churn a lot more players through their system that almost anyone.
1) 3-5 go pro after year 3, almost every year
2) They are very selective with 5th years because they can be. Unless a guy is a stud, they'll play freshmen
3) grey shirting
4) transfers, both voluntary and not-so-voluntary
Assuming 85 total scholarships with maybe 5 5th year on average, so they get to use 80 over 4 years, or 20 per year.
If you have 4 go early on average, that gives you 24 per year without even blinking.
Throw in the transfers and the grey shirting, it isn't even tough to sign 25+ every single year.
