I wouldn't blame that on the offense, even though I think Kelly's offense stinks. They did try a lot of things but there was very little re: the passing game that he could hang his hat on. He was either bouncing passes to the flat, too often behind receivers on throws in the seams, and late on throws down the field. There was one play, an across-the-field diagonal that he was good at but it frequently took too long to get it off or it would get his receiver killed as the ball floated across the field and the dbs went after it like heat seeking missiles.
Everyone wanted Wimbush to be the guy. I hope he does well in Florida.
