BK and JS now have a ten-year association. BK has a very good 10 yr record. He has reached the point where he has earned the right to decide when he resigns. If and when he does quit, the buyout goes away and he is paid whatever separation amount his contract contains. I can't see BK demanding any money (or anything else) at this time. JS will reward him as he sees fit and extend him as he thinks is necessary to protect recruiting negatives. Kelly is never going to reach the end of his contract. He will resign first. I don't see him getting fired unless it has something to do outside football. Another 2016 season and BK will resign on his own just like Lou. Don't see that happening either. Also, remember that a good part of his income is from Corbett's endowment of the HC job. Dick's not doing anything.
