Georgia rushing against ranked teams this season:
ND: 33 for 152, 4.6 ypc
Florida: 37 for 119, 3.2
Auburn: 36 for 141, 3.9
LSU: 25 for 61, 2.4
Georgia has four backs who would all start for Notre Dame, three in the top 100 of their class, and one of the best offensive lines in football. They averaged 13 more yards per game on the ground on one more carry than us this year. The yards per carry difference is 4.86 (ND) to 5.07 (UGA).
Does Georgia not "want" to run the football enough against the top teams? Their problem this season was the same as ours. They didn't have enough of a passing game to compliment the offense, even with Fromm.
It isn't about "want". They need to be better as a team, across the board.
