I wish he had been able to step up even one year earlier, since having both him and Chase Claypool out there at the same time would have created a lot more of a nightmare matchup for most defensive backs, in the same way that having two big bodies did in 2018 (Miles Boykin and Chase Claypool at the same time).
Still, I'm glad that he stepped up to the plate, and finally became that "go-to" #1 wide receiver that we had been sorely lacking at the beginning of this year.
I honestly thought that Braden Lenzy or Lawrence Keys would have been that guy who would have stepped up, but injuries derailed this year for them.
