Grace and humility are merits, not flaws. Apologies like these, which was not publicized by Brady, are manly and to be commended. Good sportsmanship is virtuous.
Christ teaches us grace and loving thy enemy - by all accounts he and Mathieu know and respect one another. TB is not Christ-like, but this was a Christian thing to do. A manly thing to do.
Also, Mathieu does not love being called Honey Badger, though I doubt you'll drop the juvenile name calling.
