that matters. I hold no animosity for the players it’s the leaders of their division. If we hire great personnel that fails to perform I blame their managers. I don’t blame the personnel.
So thank you for worrying about my mental stability. But I don’t tolerate incompetence in myself or managers.
So if you are more sanguine about almost being good enough that is your right.
I’m not made that way. And you would probably never work for me.
