Ty approached it very methodically...kept the program in line and in good standing but the recruiting and strategy was lacking
BK approached the same but was more successful because he managed things a bit better and had better processes in place.
Freeman's approach - getting in the trenches, being there, being present, If you do it, I do it...and his energy will work much like it did with Pete at USC and Dabo at Clemson. If at the very least Freeman keeps the processes in place along with everything else he's doing he'll be a bit more successful than his predecessor. The proof is already in the recruiting. Now the development and executing it all is next.
