but the troubling aspect of Freeman is that he continues to say the same thing after every loss. lack of execution, yet he offers no insight into the exact issues and a plan to correct them. It's almost like he's regurgitating generic coach speak and saying, "we'll be okay, "we'll figure it out." "Trust me" seems to be his mentality. It's a double edge sword though. He hasn't been a head coach long enough to gain the trust he needs and he'll never live down either of these horrendous losses, without some very big wins. It's hard to be patient here, because Freeman inherited a much better situation than Kelly. Also, for all his faults, Kelly would not drop two games to lowly Marshal and a terrible Stanford team in the very same season. I love this school and the team but last night was an inexcusable embarrassment. I'm not sure Freeman can recover, not just this year but for his entire coaching tenure.
