personality issues at hand. I've worked with people like Rees. Smart, perhaps too smart and lacking the awareness that his or her plans aren't being understood, let alone executed. This leads to frustration, anger, blaming, etc. Tommy has to bring his brilliance to life through other people, and that is not a skill he's developed. His comments both read and heard are indicative of a supremely self-confident person without the resume to back up his self-image. We are seeing in real time the pride before the fall. I don't think he has it in him to course correct, because to him, it's not his fault. It's players not executing his brilliant plans.
