He leaves ND, without his degree apparently, looking for a clearer path to the field. He lands at, what appears to be a good spot for him, only to have another 5*, NIL hungry, high school QB ready to sign with his new team. Pyne could very well be the starter when the season begins, but if Rashada is as good as projected, Drew will once again be wearing the baseball cap on the sideline.
Of course, as with any of the well paid "pay for play" recruits, ASU may not be the last spot for Rashada. I'm hoping that it all works out for Drew Pyne, but I still think he would have been better off to stay at ND through the spring, finish his degree, and then look for the right fit for himself.
