If Drew Pyne is as great as some people think he is, then as a seasoned senior, he should be able to win the starting job over a true freshman who isn't an early enrollee.
The way I see it, this can be his own acid test as to whether or not he's NFL material. If he can put together a good season, then he could go pro after the 2023 season. I don't think he would gain anything by staying for a 5th year if that were the case.
If he can't beat out a true freshman in fall camp, then he's probably not pro material. I'm just not sure how well he'll do at ASU with the talent there. I wish him the best, but have to be realistic.
And I definitely agree with you. Rashada probably has as much loyalty as Willie Williams did a couple of decades ago...
