In the 4th Q of the Gator Bowl, we were driving down the field, and running over their exhausted front seven with our running game, getting 6+ yards each run. All we needed to do was run a couple of more Estime up the middle plays and we'd ice the game. Instead, he calls that quickout to a well defended side of the field.
In the USC game, we were driving and blowing back the Trojans' defensive line, and on a short yard opportunity for a 1st down, he calls a Logan Diggs run to the unblocked side of the field.
Then there the many times he'd call that stupid delayed handoff from the shotgun 5 yards deep on 3rd or 4th and inches.
If he would just have listened to conventional wisdom, we would have at least made a NY6 bowl.
