You seem to be ducking the question, since you know that you will contradict yourself.
Whether or not an institution considers someone a member of their alumni society does not change the fact that the term "alumni" refers to any student, regardless of how long that student had been there, graduate, or not.
If you want to call ND's alumni organization the official definition, that's your freedom of choice to do so. It still doesn't change the fact that your limited view of the situation doesn't encompass everything.
If you are so offended by my posts, then stick to your ignore feature. Your complaints about my posts remind me of all of those people who were screaming at how much they hated the movie "Passion of the Christ" and how they kept blathering about how their own views were the only official definition of what happened.
I'm telling you the same thing I told those people. If you don't like the movie, don't watch it. If you're so triggered by my posts, then don't read them. The fact that you don't like posts more than one or two sentences is your problem, not everyone else's.
