There are already contracts out there saying a company will get a percentage of future earnings. Could very well happen with NIL collectives.
Doesn't make sense to have as many scholarships with the NIL money being paid. Perhaps if you want a scholarship, maybe that comes with a two or three year contract and/or a buyout clause? The balance of the scholarship buyout goes to the school’s academic scholarship fund if you decide to enter the portal or if you leave for the pros without completing your degree.
