My view is that with an inexperienced line, new coordinator with new system, the offense in general failing to gel, we will lose at least one more game no matter who is at QB. It may be UL or Army. We are more than capable to lose to anyone. My point was that since our 5th year QB’s inconsistency is likely to persist, that one more loss gives us very few incentive to continue with RL, esp thinking into the future…, esp with our younger capable backups playing into next year.
There must be a reason why the coaches think RL should start over the others. So I’ll rephrase my original post. If our offense sputters again like we did Sat, we should make a change.
