I clearly said he wasn't a high level passer even before his injury and the passing success he had was mostly because of the threat of him as a runner opening up easy throws.
The difference between him here is not his level of competition...NIU, Purdue and fucking Miami of Ohio...are you kidding me?
The difference is he isn't even hitting those easy passes that he lived on before...it's not level of competition, it's that he's not playing as good as he did. If he gets his head straight and stays healthy we'll be fine and continue to improve. If he doesn't then we're fooked!
