Je's talking about swing passes, and short curls and how they predominate, and he's right. From what I see, the QB isn't comfortable sitting in the pocket and going through progressions. Crossing routes would work fine, given that opponents are crowding the line of scrimmage, but the QB has to make the effort to be patient and to then throw an accurate ball. Leonard has time, he just gets jumpy and isn't confident in his ability to put the ball where it needs to be.
And, in my view, the O line is not playing poorly. It's nothing that a better QB couldn't solve.
