starting for ND. He's a solid and reasonably reliable back up QB and I believe he knows and understands his role. In his defense, I think MF could use him EACH game in a different fashion just to give RL a breather and to put opposing defenses one more thing to think about. Great kid but will never be a starter for MOST D1 teams.
