Gee and that is where you would be wrong again

I made no prediction for Navy though I certainly hoped we would beat the #25 team who had played no one season to date.

My surprise, much like Albany, was why the AP would move us up 4 slots for beating a 25th ranked team who almost handed us the game literally.

I am optimistic just realistic. Never been a homer and never will be. Been disappointed for 36 years now.

I do think the team is improving on the shoulders of Leonard finally proving he's a Div 1 QB and not just a glorified running back. He actually stood in the pocket and looked downfield, albeit against a weak opponent with a bunch of 2 and 3 stars players about to serve in our nation's military.

If we win the next 4 I can agree we have a better than 50/50 chance to make playoff and hopefully not get embarrassed.

Sorry just seen the shitshow called us in the playoffs too many times.
