Even though they had three losses, the loss to LSU was by 3 points, and the loss to Alabama was by 2 points. Even a slight blessing from Lady Luck would have swung those games.

I was surprised, though, at how SC's running game crushed TAMU's front 7. TAMU has one of the better defensive lines in the nation, and to see SC run over them for close to 300 yards was rather impressive.

They still have two tough games on their schedule, namely that Vandy game next week, and Clemson at the end of the year. I would normally have counted Missouri as a tough game, but after Brady Cook went down with two significant injuries, their QB situation isn't good at all (Drew Pyne is their man now).
