Additionally, neither can manage a QB (at ND). BK is what he is. MF has a lot more likeableness but BK is more direct with his actions. MF could turn out to be good or continue to put out a more friendly version of BK results. BK was stubborn and had an ego. That is/was what held him back. MF doesn't always seem to be the sharpest tool in the shed. That has held him back, though he is very likeable and upbeat.
