Dawson has been working in the Bills scouting department, but there's a WHOLE lot more to college roster management - especially these days. Notre Dame needs someone to knows the ins and outs of NIL and the transfer portal.
GM salaries around the country haven't matched what USC gave Bowden or what Alabama is paying so there should be no shortage of candidates.
