Joe Rudolph not going anywhere

He's staying.

The Chicago Bears have hired Tulane's OL coach, Dan Roushar.

Roushar's a very good choice. He has been in the pros before, and a fair number of his guys became Pro Bowlers, including one of Joe Rudolph's prodigies (Ryan Ramczyk).

He had a similar situation as Joe Rudolph did in 2024, where there was a terrible slew of injuries, but he somehow kept that group performing about as well as it could.
