Is more to it than that. These kids are also excellent football players and need to have a program strong in both education and football development AND a coach that believes in and is committed to both. And a staff that shares that commitment.
Freeman has surrounded himself with a great staff and people that buy into his visions for the program. A supportive AD and president also help this cause
