The departure of the bags-of-money-in-the-trunk guys has evened the playing field for many teams, none more so than ND.

No longer do the shady teams in the SEC, Big 12 as well as OSU and UM have an advantage with under the table $$. No longer will the 2nd/3rd stringers at key schools be content to sit on the bench and collect the old handouts in cash when they can now flip to another school and get early playing time.
