No reason to. Nothing we can control as fans. Worrying would mean thinking that Minchey is so bad that Carr should be leaps and bounds ahead of him and isn't for some reason. The other way to look at it, as noted below, is that two, by all accounts, very talented players are competing and forcing a hard decision to be made. I'll hope it is the latter, because that is great for ND in more ways than one.
Latest word I heard from pods is very slight lead by Carr, but Minchey is not going away without a fight. Both still making some bad decisions, but not repeating those decisions either, which is good news as well. That's growth.
They will likely settle on someone in order to prep them for Miami if no one takes a commanding lead to take the QB1 job by the end of camp.
I fully expect the primary gameplan for Miami to be run the ball, run some more, and maybe run it a little bit more, with not a lot for the QB to do that would put the game on their shoulders.
