I don't want to risk injury, and unneeded wear and tear on Love or Price. There's no need for either of those guys to show that facet of the game (both are draftable).
For that matter, I'd also rather not put Aneyas Williams in that role either.
We have plenty of WR2 / WR3 / WR4 guys who are plenty fast and elusive. I'd rather one of those guys get the opportunity, so that they can showcase their skills, rack up some hype, and yes, even show the NFL scouts that they can be a valuable commodity.
Will Pauling, Antavious "Scrap" Richardson, KK Smith, etc., all have abilities as return men.
