This is a 1993 FSU game, run it right at them and use our backs, Carr will need to run the the ball also to keep them honest. Play action will be Carr’s best friend in this game. Denbrock can’t hide Carr, he needs to perform and be a dual threat. I like the idea of some slants to WRs and screens to RBs in space, but will need to throw deep to get them out of the box. To be honest, I am more concerned about Special Teams than I am Offense or Defense, unknown kicking game scares the hell out of me. I expect Defense to win this game and win the turnover battle. I would really like to believe that the front four can get pressure without blitzing, if this the case ND should win outright. Excited for the new season, hopefully potential plus preparation will combine for a ND victory.
