They are way behind the pack in this new world.

They simply don't have the ball rolling yet on investing in their football program. Not promoting the fund at all to their donors in any meaningful way. Only now warming up to accepting transfers.

And it isn't attractive to good coaches or players on its own merits. They have had a single winning season since 2018. They play in a conference on the opposite coast.

It will take a lot for them to regain any relevance.
