always has the advantage in running one on one especially in the open field because he knows where he is going. It is similar to a player breaking down another player one on one, in basketball only more. That QB can get an extra ten yards even if he gets tackled by the defender. This is why the dual threat QB is such an advantage and makes more key plays than a pure thrower. This type QB makes the most frustration for the defense. You think you have him then you don't. The pros are finally figuring this out. The best QBs beat you both ways but the killer plays are don with the feet, the passers are prettier but heartbreakers beat you more.
Leonard was great for us and Denbrock last year. I do agree Carr can lead us to victory but in the more traditional way and I do think he was a better choice than Minchey. If our oline protects though, Carr can get us a lot of points.
