plays. Why did the same players tackle well last year and not this year. Why did the same players play violently and aggressively last year and not this year? Why is the scheme so passive this year compared to last year. Players have to make plays but coaches have to drill fundamentals and scheme to the team's strength. It could also be that players, for some reason or another, don't like playing for their new coach. Motivating players is also very important.
