As dark and troublesome as our "D" issues are, I just can't stop smiling watching replays of our "O"

talents...Kudos to all involved...

>The O-Line for not only allowing CJ to display his elite skills, but opening holes for two elite RBs...
>Our stunningly gifted RBs...can't recall a duo like Love and Price at ND...or any other program...with their abilities to gain extra yards inside, and take it to the house from anywhere on the field
>Fields and Faison for getting open, both short or long...and not only that, but dong great jobs with downfield Blocking to spring our RBs for TDs
>Denbrock for making all future DCs sweat profusely.
>Freeman for obviously making a good choice on our starting QB, and keeping the team positive during adversity.

Speaking of 'adversity', our "D" took some big hits between last season and this...we lost several "Elite" players, as well as an "Elite" DC...they are NOT easily replaced in short order, so while I'd love to see a "Perfect" team out there, Reality must be acknowledged. Here's hoping we can pull it together and get into the playoffs.
