I agree that terminating Franklin based on his football record seems a bit off. So either the AD, etc aren't to be trusted, or Franklin did something to warrant (at least in his bosses' eyes) termination. I'm betting that there is something rotten internally.

I do find it interesting that Seider would leave considering what he had re: RBs and the fact that he was already a co-OC. He may have mucked up his staff by hiring 2 outside guys for the Coordinator jobs while he has 4 Co-Coordinators that were all internal.
