It's going to take at least a couple of years for Florida to recover from this fiasco.
Not surprisingly, it all started with the time when the Florida boosters made QB Jaden Rashada (committed to Miami, $9.5 million in NIL money) a $13.5 million offer, and reneged on it.
Everyone involved with that miserable situation was in a lose-lose situation. Rashada is now a backup QB at Sacramento State (FCS school). The Gators football program has egg on its face, and Billy Napier never got that QB that perfectly fit his system.
