For the record, I don't think making it 16 teams is lipstick, I think it's perfect

A 4 round playoff to decide a NC, with no byes, still incorporating campus games AND the major bowls

As long as the SEC and B1G don't get to lock up 63-75% of the bids with AQs, so they can artificially populate it with 7-5 teams in their down years, there's no issue
