Exactly right. The group dynamics in the replay room are really disturbing:

One guy always seizes immediate control (the guy who is standing and who apparently runs the equipment), and then does all the talking to coach the silent others to a decision that is by no means always evident from the film. There is never any disagreement, push-back, or discussion. It makes me feel like replay should be discarded altogether, and we just go with the on-field calls.
