Don’t join a conference.
Start communication with other schools with huge followings and a history of football success.
Form a league of 10-12….everyone plays everyone
Then seed the top 8 top remaining team each round plays the lowest ranked remaining team ( so the regular season really means something)
All teams split the tv revenue
Play on NBC exclusively…or at a minimum never on ESPN.
