Some blame falls on the ACC for having a bloated membership and a title game with Duke rather than Miami. This is similar to many conferences in which not everybody plays everybody and division set ups or arcane tie breakers result in silly results.Duke wins so Tulane and JMU must get in and Miami can’t get in as winner of ACC instead of last at large, or lose a third game
