Most people thought Miami's head to head advantage put them over ND, and Alabama was going to get in no matter what. The criticism that ND only beat one good team is fair.
ND needs to look in the mirror and realize that they need to schedule better. In the 1990's the schedule was too difficult, and now it is too weak.
