I didn’t think he was a bad hire, but I did wonder if he was the best we could do. Aldo

did not like that it seemed as if we hired a guy cuz the players ‘liked’ him. Not a good idea. But I am glad of course st how great he has worked out. Swarbrick knew what he was doing with this hire, it seems.
