Transitional hire who will bring stability

His teams play physical and hard which fits Michigan. He will more resources and talent than he ever did at Utah, but also harder schedules and more pressure.

I think it’s a great hire considering the situation they were in and the options available. It likely puts them in a position for a much better higher in a handful of years.
